At RestMate, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🕒 Refund eligibility

You can request a refund within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original packaging

• Be in the same condition that you received it

• Be returned with proof of purchase (order number)

❌ Non-refundable items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as final sale

• Personal use items that have been used (e.g., eye masks, neck pillows)

• Products damaged due to misuse or handling

📷 Required proof for damaged items

If your item arrived damaged, we ask that you:

1. Fill out the Refund Request Form

2. Send a clear photo of the damaged item to restmate@pm.me

Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days.

💸 Refund process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
